If you wanna see Superheroes come to life, this is where you have to look. There's no doubt...Alex Ross is my all-time favorite Graphic Artist. His Gouache watercolor artworks are simply breath-taking.

I recently got Volumes 1 & 2 of "Justice". I'm holding-off reading until I complete all 3 volumes. I've been browsing the art on the two books and it looks equal to or even better than Alex's Kingdom Come. Would anyone know when Volume 3 will be available?

Gouache (from the Italian guazzo, "water paint, splash") or bodycolor (the term preferred by art historians) is a type of paint consisting of pigment suspended in water. Gouache differs from watercolor in that the particles are larger, the ratio of pigment to water is much higher, and an additional, inert, white pigment such as chalk is also present. This makes gouache heavier and more opaque, with greater reflective qualities. ---Wikepedia
